License Agreement with Bell Globemedia Interactive

BC - April 4, 2002, Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:
DSNY) is pleased to announce that Bell Globemedia Interactive,
which owns Canada's leading suite of Internet properties and
reaches more than 60 per cent of on-line Canadians, has licensed
the Clipstream™ product suite to deliver interactive marketing
campaigns.
Bell Globemedia
Interactive has licensed VideoClipstream™ (http://www.clipstream.com)
to deliver rich media video ad banners to their www.globeandmail.ca
www.robtv.com and other portals on behalf of their client,
Bell Canada. The video will instantly stream when the visitor
clicks the banner, and when the video ends, the visitor will
automatically be guided to an info page. The campaign will
run during the months of April and May.
