Announces Reseller Agreement With NTT-X

British Columbia, February 28, 2003 - Destiny Media Technologies,
Inc. (OTCBB: DSNY; Berlin: DME 935 410) is pleased to announce
that NTT-X will be reselling Clipstream powered advertising
campaigns in Japan.
Destiny
Director of Partner Sales, Kent Patterson, speaks to the added
value of this relationship "As a Japanese industry leader,
NTT-X will leverage the growing global presence and acceptance
of Clipstream to offer effective streaming video advertising
campaigns."
NTT-X,
a subsidiary of Japan's Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation,
operates a popular Web search portal called goo which
is rivaled in local popularity only by Yahoo!Japan.
In November 2001, NTT-X expanded their Web business with the
launch of a new broadband broadcasting site called "goo
Broadband".
On October
24th, 2002, Destiny's partner DSI Interactive announced a
Clipstream advertising license with Goo (http://dir.goo.ne.jp).
Based on this successful initial launch, NTT-X will be adding
Clipstream to their catalogue as an official product
offering.
NTT-X
will be licensing Clipstream to companies such as ISP's,
broadband content portals, hosting companies and clients interested
in advertising their products / services via email advertising.
Clipstream will also be made available to NTT-X's network
of about one hundred resellers. A sample advertising campaign

NTT-ME
Information Xing, Inc. (NNT-X)
NTT-X was established in January 1999 under NTT-ME Corporation
-- which was created after reorganization of the NTT group
-- as an organization handling advanced multimedia fields.
NTT-X is capitalized at 11.5 billion yen. Its main services
include "goo," a search engine that boasts Japan's
largest URL retention volume. It has a flexible structure
with about 200 employees that can respond rapidly with advanced
multimedia services. In the future, the company will offer
